Cassandra and Dan relocated from Charleston, SC with their children and five dogs in May of 2022. They fell in Love with Carolina Beach in 2017 when they came to visit Carolina Beach for the first time. Since then they have purchased many other short term rental properties on the Island and in Wilmington NC. Cassandra and Dan love investing in unique and special properties all over the East Coast. When the Carolina Beach Inn came up for sale in 2022 they knew it was a special property that they wanted to add to their portfolio.

Dan is a Residential Contractor and an active Real Estate Investor and Cassandra has a long career in Property Management, Real Estate Investing and an active licensed Realtor in SC. Together they have four children along with their doggies, Charlie-Anne, Haddie-Grey,Scooby, Buddy and Lala.
With the love of renovating homes and historic remodeling, Cassandra and Dan work together to create a unique experience for our guests. The renovations are carefully designed to be authentic in keeping with the history of the homes while offering modern coastal charm and comfort. They offer short term rental properties as far as Edisto Beach SC, Charleston SC, Wilmington NC and of course Carolina Beach NC.

The Inn was built in 1949 at the end of WWII by a family from Arlington VA and constructed to be like George Washington’s Birthplace and was named Mount Vernon. It survived Hurricane Hazel in 1954 when it was only 5 years old because of the sound construction and design.

The Inn offers 4 Suites on the first level and 8 rooms on the second level with 4 on the porch side, there different sizes of room accommodations to suit couples and families. Cassandra and Dan love animals therefore all of their properties are pet friendly!
